Crimson Heist’s flagship addition is new operator Flores, a “sly and tactical” Attacker character hailing from Argentina. Flores uses an AR33 or SR-25 as a primary weapon and a GSH-18 as a secondary weapon, and comes equipped with a new gadget know as the RCE-Ratero Charge. This small, remote-controlled device can be set down and driven across the map for a limited before it detonates in a powerful explosion. Notably, Flores is the first operator to be made available as part of Rainbow Six Siege’s battle pass, and those that purchase the Premium tier will gain immediate access to the character....

Talking to accessibility advocate and blind gamer Steve Saylor on a recent Twitch Gaming stream, Sloclap co-founder Pierre Tarno said that Sifu will be getting accessibility updates post-launch, including improved captioning, a high contrast mode for PS4/5 as well as PC, and difficulty modes (thanks, Can I Play That?). The commitment to introducing difficulty modes is an interesting one, and contradicts the studio’s previous claims that instead of easier modes, the team wanted the game “to challenge players and encourage them to learn”....

Calling it a “passion project” by a small handful of volunteers, the developer revealed it had tested it out with “30+ players”, although this did not strictly make it an MMO. “The aim of the mod is to develop a true Skyrim multiplayer experience that brings online multiplayer into this otherwise strictly single player game,” the Together team explained, stating it is aimed for use by two to eight players at a time....

It then calls out the Battlefield series as a major rival, but says the franchise “cannot keep up”. Nintendo’s Splatoon 3 Direct earlier this week detailed what’s new in the game, but a note on the official website states that save data can be transferred and players will receive in-game rewards for doing so.
