The Oscar winner was perhaps best-known for playing Captain Von Trapp in The Sound of Music, but he famously starred as Klingon General Chang in the 1991 film Star Trek 6: The Undiscovered Country. Plummer reprised the role of Chang for the 2000 video game Star Trek: Klingon Academy, which explained how his character lost an eye. In the latest video in his YouTube series, series creator Masahiro Sakurai revealed new details on the conception of the first game in Nintendo’s hit fighting franchise and showed never before seen footage. After the release of Kirby Super Star on the SNES, Sakurai began work on two different concepts: one, the fighting game that became Smash, and two a stealth-focused RC robot adventure game in which players hacked security cameras to progress....

Techland initially made its 500-hour completion claim in a post to Twitter on Saturday, and following a less-than-stellar response to the news - some fans called the extended playtime off-putting - Techland attempted to allay concerns by clarifying the figure only applied when completing all the quests, endings, and exploring every part of the world. There were hopes we’d get more information on Heartland, the upcoming free-to-play The Division spin-off due later in 2021 or early in 2022. This is the first of Ubisoft’s upcoming big budget free-to-play experiments with its core franchises. A few bits and pieces have leaked out from closed testing, despite Ubisoft’s wishes. The Division 2 itself is currently in a quiet spot, reprising older seasonal content before a brand new mode arrives later this year....

A confession: I am quite terrible at chess. I do know the rules, but none of the strategy. None of the game.
