Like it’s duo partner Zamazenta, Zacian has two forms - Hero of Many Battles and Crowned Sword. Currently you can only capture Zacian in its Hero of Many Battles form in Pokémon Go, so make sure you know Zacian’s counters and weaknesses. Zacian, like most legendary Pokémon, appears in five-star raids, so you will need to team up with other trainers to ensure its defeat. Thankfully, a Remote Raid pass will allow you to join this battle from afar....

Since Pokémon Scarlet and Violet allows you to choose the Starfall Street, Victory Road, and Path of Legends stories in any order, you may come across difficulty spikes more often than most Pokémon games. In this new game, players will be pitted against each other in 5v5 matches, or “Attack vs Defence”. The bid will now be filed with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), an independent government agency. Raven staff announced last week that they would attempt to unionise as part of the Communication Workers of America (CWA), and voted to begin the process of being recognised by their employer. A quick resolution to this process - Activision Blizzard accepting the union bid - seemed unlikely. This week, Raven bosses also announced changes to its QA team structure, with the intent to embed workers around the company rather than in a specific unit - seen by some as an attempt to damp down the unionisation bid....

These range from increases XP gains, better quality pelts, increasing the herbs you gather, through to increased resistance to alcohol. Perks are unlocked by collecting Trinkets and Talismans. Stranger quests are optional and won’t appear on the map automatically, only appearing as a question mark and a white patch on your map when you get close. From there, you have to narrow down the location further, before undergoing a starting quest. Some are linked to collectables and other activities, and some are questlines in their own right - and whether you decide to pursue them from there is up to you....

Resident Evil: Welcome to Racoon City, to give the movie its full title, is directed by 47 Meters Down’s Johannes Roberts and marks Sony’s second crack at adapting Capcom’s beloved survival horror series for the big screen, following on from Paul W. S. Anderson’s Milla-Jovovich-starring six-movie take on the video game franchise. “Once the booming home of pharmaceutical giant Umbrella Corporation, Raccoon City is now a dying Midwestern town,” explains the official blurb for Roberts’ Resident Evil movie....

In a recent Reddit AMA, players pointed out that the cost of premium skins can cost around 1800 Apex Coins - which is the equivalent to $18 (£13) give or take. “I get that you gotta make the game profitable, but there’s gotta be a way to prevent the player from feeling cheated when they buy something,” pointed out Redditor x5hadau. “$18 (realistically $20) is a lot to ask for one cosmetic item....

As explained in a blog post on Riot’s website, the project - which goes by the name Zero Harm in Comms - is the first step in a cross-industry initiative that’ll see the two companies working on a database to collect in-game data. This anonymised data - consisting of chat logs labelled by behaviours, from neutral to racist and sexist - will be used to better train AI-based preemptive moderation tools, helping them more effectively recognise and parse, and so detect and mitigate, disruptive behaviour in-game....

Rocksteady’s Suicide Squad, officially titled Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, was announced last August, with publisher Warner Bros confirming it to be an open-world co-op game (and a continuation of Rocksteady’s Batman: Arkham Universe) set within an open-world version of Metropolis, and designed for up to four players. It was initially slated for a PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X release some time this year. However, a new report by Bloomberg, citing “people familiar with” Suicide Squad’s development, now claims Warner Bros has “quietly” delayed the game into 2023....

The overwhelming inspiration is Slay the Spire, that much is obvious. Not only is it a Roguelike deckbuilder, it goes as far as to copy the Strike and Defend cards in your opening deck. But I think we can probably consider Slay a template for the genre at this point anyway, so let’s move on, because it’s in the differences where Roguebook becomes interesting.
