Season one of The Cuphead Show was well-received when it launched earlier this year, proving to be a hugely enjoyable adaptation of Studio MDHR’s acclaimed run-and-gunner. Cuphead’s second season will, unsurprisingly, continues where its predecessor left often, featuring the further misadventures of Cuphead, Mugman, and friends on Inkwell Isle. Season 2 will feature another 12 15-minute episodes, and a further 12 episodes will follow sometime after that, completing Netflix’s previously confirmed three-season, 36 episode run....

The new Indiana Jones game was unveiled early last year, although details were limited. It was described as featuring an “original story” unconnected to the upcoming Indiana Jones 5, with Bethesda’s Todd Howard executive producing in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. Andersson, who also helped create Eurogamer favourite Yoku’s Island Express, announced he’d joined as design director on the “very special” Indiana Jones project in a statement shared on Twitter (thanks VGC), explaining, “I’m so excited about what we are building, and the way we get to do it - featuring one of [the] most iconic characters ever....

The DofE conducted a pilot it said “revealed that playing esports helps young people develop skills such as strategic thinking, communication, leadership and teamwork while also helping to develop self-esteem and build organisational and social skills”. The DofE also said the skills needed to become a good player “are now widely recognised as useful for a host of digital and business jobs”....

In the latest development in Frogwares’ long-running dispute with Nacon, the Ukrainian studio issued a blog post outlining a raft of accusations against its French publisher. Over the weekend, Frogwares recommended gamers do not download its H. P. Lovecraft-inspired horror adventure from Steam after it popped up on Valve’s platform last month. Frogwares’ dispute with Nacon dates back to 2019, when it filed a lawsuit alleging the company tried to claim copyright of The Sinking City after its release, withheld milestone payments, and owed the developer around €1m in unpaid royalties....

From now until 26th April, players can jump into The Elder Scrolls Online and try it for free on PC via Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5, and Stadia, although the small print hints that the Stadia version is available “only in limited territories” and Xbox players will need Xbox Live Gold to play. You’ll get access to the ESO base game including four classes, 23 story zones, Battlegrounds and Alliance War PvP, “and more”, plus the Morrowind DLC, Vvardenfell zone....
