Dying Light 2 offers up two chief Factions: the Survivors, a ragtag group of traders and settlers looking for a home among the wreckage of the city, and the Peacekeepers, a highly militant Faction looking to bring order back to the chaos that’s been engulfing Villedor for well over a decade at this point. Providing an answer to the best Faction in Dying Light 2 isn’t easy, since it’s going to vary based purely on your own personal preferences....

Patch 1.3.0. launches this Wednesday, 27th April and allows you to carry over your character progression and equipment to a new adventure (though Nighrunners tools like the grappling hook and paraglider will still have to be obtained through the story). You’ll also be able to find 30 new inhibitors to further max out your health and stamina. Enemies will scale to your already-robust level, with special tough encounters and a new equest “Something Big Has Been Here”....

The video below popped up on a Chinese YouTube channel called “GREAT GAME TV CHANNEL” in unlisted form, and as you’d expect the PES community is all over it. The video shows a full match between Manchester United and Arsenal, complete with cutscenes. It’s definitely eFootball on a PlayStation console - the accompanying article at greatgame.asia suggests it was played on a PS5. It’s worth noting a few things about this footage....

And it turns out that since moving on from Eurogamer, she’s rediscovered a passion for football, and thrown herself so fully into it that she’ll soon be in the FA Cup! The offering, detailed in a new trailer below, has shades of Capture the Flag. One team must sneak in and steal candy pieces from the other team’s base - but there’s a stealth element at play also. If a thief (who is invisible) gets grabbed, they are sent into a jail area. Thieves can then choose to devote time to unlocking the jail, at the expense of going after more candy....

A ’live’ version of player cards in FUT, Ones to Watch add an intriguing option for players both on the pitch and in the ever-changing FUT Transfer Market, tracking players form over time. EA’s mega-successful football series is a frequent winner of the Christmas number one crown, and last week likely saw a further boost in sales due to the attention surrounding the controversial World Cup in Qatar. FIFA games have now taken the Christmas top spot 10 times since sales records began back in 1984, making it the most popular Christmas number one franchise (versus Call of Duty’s nine Christmas chart toppers)....

Square Enix has been re-releasing its early games on mobile and Steam, with Final Fantasy 6 being the last installment in the collection. The first three remasters were released on 28th July, so fans have been eagerly anticipating the close of the collection. “In order to bring you the best experience possible, we’re giving ourselves the necessary time to apply final polish while finishing development on the game,” reads a statement from Square Enix....

IGN reports the US Patent and Trademark Office released an issue notice, which is currently offline, on 3rd February 2021 confirming the patent goes into effect on 23rd February 2021, with an option to maintain until 2035. As we reported last week, Warner Bros. has been trying to gain approval for this patent since March 2016, although reference to it is made as early as March 2015. Monolith Productions’ Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor came out in September 2014....

This challenge is only available during Week 6 of this season, and thankfully, you don’t need to do anything specific to unlock it - it becomes automatically available in-game. It’s a rather straightforward task that offers plenty of options, but we have found spot in particular that should make this a breeze. Completing this Fortnite challenge will help you level up with 30k XP and unlock more Battle Stars for the Season 7 Battle Pass skins....

This challenge was previously available during Season 7 for a limited time as a weekly epic quest. Now, with the introduction of punchcards in Season 8, we’re tasked once more with visiting these now iconic landmarks around the Fortnite map. Completing this challenge will reward you with 30k XP to help you unlock more Battle Stars for the Season 8 battle pass. Note this particular challenge is no longer able to be completed....

This challenge went live during Week 12 and sees you hunting down one of the UFOs, which have been present throughout the season. To complete it, you’ll need to first finish the ‘Deal damage to saucers piloted by opponents (300 total)’ challenge. Completing this challenge will reward you with 30k XP, which will help you level up and unlock more Battle Stars for the Season 7 battle pass. Note this particular challenge is no longer able to be completed....

During this questline, you’ll assist Charlotte (not me, the Fortnite character) in robbing the remains of the IO bases on the Fortnite map. To achieve this, you need to know where the IO guards are, so you can take care of them… Completing this challenge set will reward you with a total of 80k XP, which will help you earn some Battle Stars and earn those first Season 8 Battle Pass skins....

To state the obvious, topping up your vehicle with gas is an essential part of driving as, if you let your rank run dry, then you won’t be able to go anywhere. You really don’t want this to happen when the circle is closing in. There are a few ways to refuel your car, but gas stations are the easiest to locate and remember over time. As of Chapter 2 Season 6, gas stations are also a possible spawn location for off-road tires, allowing you to mod your vehicle to be driven across the map easier than ever....

You’ll need to have completed up to Part 3 of the previous Vibin’ challenges in Fortnite to unlock Part 4 and these particular tasks. Finding the Sith Holocron location in Rave Cave will earn you 7k XP, as will prying open the shipping boxes to find it. This XP can then help you unlock the new Battle Pass skins. Specifically, Forza Horizon 4 will launch via Steam on 9th March, alongside its various expansions and car packs (yes, including the one which turns the game into Lego). This version of the game will have full crossplay with existing versions, so you can play alongside (or against) friends on Xbox consoles, Windows 10 PCs, or on Android phones via Game Pass Ultimate streaming. Before all of that, there’s a new Hot Wheels Legends Car Pack for the game - though currently without a release date....
